Kayden Thursfield-Ritchie (Warren) and Holden Flynn (Gillette) were chosen by Warriors coaches to compete against 30 other NJ squirt teams in the NJ Devils Shootout Challenge.
Each team sent one goalie and one shooter in a challenging event on Prudential Center Devils game ice. In addition to meeting NJ, the NJ Devils mascot, they were joined by the NJ Warriors military team and a number of Devils alum.
Our Watchung Hills Jr. Warriors eventually fell to the Wayne Hockey Club but had a blast connecting with other squirts and skating in the Prudential Center.
